1. At WeddingDance.net, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our products, EXCEPT “Custom” package. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of placing your order. To initiate the refund process, please send us an email at info@weddingdance.net with your order details and the reason for your request. Our support team will respond to your request as soon as possible and provide instructions on how to proceed with the refund. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

2. We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident that you’ll love them. However, we understand that things don’t always work out, and we’re committed to making it right. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

3. If a payment is made using a Bank card, you are recommended to use a Bank card issued to your name. In the case of a refund of the paid Cost for the Wedding dance course, the refund is made using the same details as the payment was received, and on the basis of a personal application of the person in whose name the Bank card was issued. Payment will not be accepted if it will be found a violation of the terms of payment established by this Agreement and the laws of the United States of America.
