  1. In cases of non-performance or improper performance of the obligations under the Terms and Conditions and the Public Offer, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with US law, subject to the terms specified hereof.
  2. VIZART USA LLC shall not be responsible in case of improper execution of the Terms and Conditions and Public Offer, if improper performance was the result of the inaccuracy, failure or delays of your information, as well as other violations of the terms of the Terms and Conditions and the Public Offer made by you.
  3. VIZART USA LLC provides the Services “as is”. VIZART USA LLC is not responsible for non-compliance of the provided Service with your expectations and/or for its subjective assessment. Such non-compliance with expectations and / or a negative subjective assessment are not grounds to consider the Services rendered not of high quality, or not in the agreed volume.
  4. VIZART USA LLC is released from liability for full or partial non-performance of obligations provided for in the Terms and Conditions and the Public Offer, if this non-performance was the result of force majeure circumstances that arose after the conclusion of the Terms and Conditions and the Public Offer, as a result of extraordinary events that the Parties could not have foreseen or prevented by reasonable measures (force majeure).
  5. You have to provide reliable information during the process of filling an Application.
  6. If you, for reasons beyond the control of VIZART USA LLC have used the Services and have not notified VIZART USA LLC of your desire to abandon the Services in the manner provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the Public Offer, the Services are considered supplied in the prescribed amount, specified by you when applying for the conclusion of the Terms and Conditions and the Public Offer.
  7. VIZART USA LLC is not responsible for any personal injuries that you can receive while performing Wedding dance classes.
  8. All Site services are provided “as is”. VIZART USA LLC does not guarantee that the Site will be available at any time.
  9. You do not have the right to request any changes to the Site’s services or data.
  10. VIZART USA LLC is not responsible for the commercial suitability of the Site, does not guarantee that the Site meets your certain special requirements or the ability to configure sections of the Site in accordance with your preferences. VIZART USA LLC also does not guarantee that the Site software is completely free from defects and errors, and must function smoothly and without fail.
  11. The use of the Site is carried out by you solely under your own responsibility and at your own risk. VIZART USA LLC does not guarantee the proper functioning of the Site and is not responsible for any harm caused to you as a result of using the Site. The administration is not responsible for the risk of adverse consequences that will occur or may occur as a result of non-compliance of the equipment, other software or communication channels used by you with the established requirements for the protection of personal data from unauthorised (illegal) attacks by third parties.
  12. VIZART USA LLC makes all reasonable efforts to prevent failures and malfunctions in the operation of the Site, but does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation, is not responsible for it and does not undertake to notify you of interruptions.
